The College of Engineering is set to introduce a mentorship program which will be designed purposefully to provide guidance, support, knowledge, and skills to individuals (students) through experienced individuals. This initiative is designed to foster meaningful connections between students, faculty members, administrative staff, and industry professionals.

The purpose of the program is to provide students with personalized advice and assistance throughout their academic and professional journeys. Students and mentors will be matched according to academic interests, professional aspirations, and industry preferences; each mentor will have two students. This will allow them to bridge the gap between industry and academia.
